Leon Tan
Leon is the CEO of DragonSlate, heading its filmed entertainment business and co-managing its Film and TV slate with Robert Lundberg. Prior to entering the film world in 2003, Leon was in corporate finance, management and development in regional telecommunications and media companies such as Lycos Asia, Catcha.com, Maxis and the UTSB group. Leon is also CEO of Tripod Entertainment, specialising in live-action/animation and post-production services. He produced Tripod's stereoscopic 3D animated feature War of the Worlds: Goliath which won Best 3D Animated Feature at the Los Angeles 3D Film Festival, followed by wide release in North America in 2014. Leon is also Vice-President of POSTAM which represents content creators in Malaysia in the VFX, animation and post-production space, is active in the Southeast Asian Audio-Visual Association (SAAVA), and is an Ambassador for ScreenSingapore.
Robert Lundberg
Based in Los Angeles, Robert leads development and production at DragonSlate. Current Film and TV projects include motorcycle action-thriller Full Throttle with producer Andrew Mason (The Matrix trilogy, Saving Mr Banks, The Water Diviner) and Stephen Windon (Star Trek 3, Fast and Furious 7, Fast and Furious 6, G.I. Joe: Retaliation) attached to direct, action-drama Mercy Road with producer Arnold Rifkin (Live Free Or Die Hard, 16 Blocks, Tears of the Sun), Chinese-language dramedy Gifted with China Lion Entertainment, and more. Robert was Director of Development at Dune Entertainment from inception in 2007 until early 2012. During his tenure, Dune produced the highest grossing film of all time, James Cameron’s Avatar, and was involved in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, Black Swan and 127 Hours, among many others. Robert is a member of the China-Hollywood Co-Production Society, and a member of the Producers Guild of America.
Jazzlyn Loh
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Jazzlyn heads Production Services at DragonSlate. A well-respected professional with over 18 years of production discipline and experience in the region’s media industry, Jazzlyn has produced and project managed award-winning projects for film production houses, broadcasters, animation studios, international advertising agencies and post-production/VFX studios. Her extensive experience and local networks allow her to structure the right solutions for international live-action and animated films, TV series and commercials entering Malaysia. She matches the various production needs from logistics, locations and resources, to the complex execution of post-production and VFX, with the right vendors and expertise, to make our Malaysian film-making journeys as smooth and productive as possible.
